The house gets its name, obviously, from its massive pool. But the pool is only half of the attraction. There’s also a lazy river so guests can peacefully float along — and relax even more.
“Over half a million dollars was spent on the resort-style pool area to create a one-of-a-kind showpiece,” the owners of the property explain in the house’s Vrbo listing. “This home has one of the largest residential pools in the entire state of Arizona.”
There’s even more to love about what, essentially, is a private waterpark for you and up to 14 guests. The pool and lazy river feature multi-color lights to make night swims more fun. There’s even a swim-up bar. And while the pool — and hot tub — aren’t automatically heated because Arizona is warm much of the year, they can be heated for an additional charge.
Now, for those who don’t like swimming or simply want a break before jumping back into the water, there are plenty of other things to do outside. The house also features a half-court basketball court, a netted area to practice golf drives, a putting green, mini-golf course, and a large shuffleboard court. The outdoor area also has a terraced fire pit.
There’s an outdoor kitchen, and when the food’s ready, a covered patio provides ample space to sit and eat.
The house’s interior is equally impressive. It features two indoor kitchens, and the larger one includes counter seating and stainless-steel appliances. The smaller kitchen is in a game room that also includes a foosball table and a poker table.
Now, you may be wondering, if the house can accommodate so many people at once, where does everybody sit for a big dinner? Simple: Larger parties can eat in the dining room, at a table that seats 14 people.
“Everything is brand-new inside and out,” the owners explain. “A full renovation of the property was just completed.”
Finally, the owners note that extra amenities are available, at a fee, “to ensure convenience and comfort during your stay.” One, in particular, may be appealing — especially if you’re vacationing with kids and grandkids: in-home massages!
