The price tag, depending on the time of year and days of the week, starts at around $4,000 per night and is limited to 16 guests.
“The main house is spacious with over 13,000 square feet, yet the rooms are designed to provide a cozy and intimate ambiance,” the Vrbo listing claims.
Five of the seven bedrooms are en-suite with their own bath. Given the former’s owner’s profession, the bedrooms are named after fellow country legends.
In addition to the master bedroom, the Johnny Cash bedroom also features a king bed, while queen beds can be found in the Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline, Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, and Loretta Lynn. Two queens and two twins can be found in a bonus room.

“The estate boasts immaculate indoor entertaining spaces including a theater, wine room, parlor, and separate family and formal living rooms,” the listing states.
And when it’s time to get outside, there are plenty of options there as well.
“The large back patio for outdoor entertaining provides magnificent views of the lake,” the listing states. “The property includes a large heated pool (seasonal) with built-in lounging deck and spa surrounded by beautiful, lush gardens. Along with Sonos speakers, umbrellas, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table and a propane fire pit, it’s the perfect place to relax in the sun listening to your favorite artists.”
The pool house includes separate bathrooms for men and women, a swimsuit dryer, and a climate-controlled bar/lounge area.
The house also features two furnished balconies with views of the lake, with the master balcony also boasting a fireplace.
As for the kitchen, it features top of the line appliances and a 10-foot island.
Pets are not allowed on the property, and a caretaker lives adjacent to the home for any needs.
The house is located about 30 minutes from Nashville for those hoping to hit the Grand Ole Opry, Bluebird Cafe Ryman Auditorium, or other landmarks.
