The Adventure Lagoon is a state-of-the-art obstacle course for beginners to the pros. What’s also spectacular about this course is that it floats on top of a freshwater lake with crystal-clear water and stays between 74 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit year-round.
About The Course
Obstacle course sessions last for 1 hour. It starts with The Aquaglide Ring Monsoon XXL leading to an alternative trampoline called Kaos. It’s a bouncing dome that allows people to climb, bounce, slide, splash, or just lounge. The Thunderdome is a massive structure with an eight-sided slide, nine position mesh crow nests, a splash zone floor, 32 climbing handles, and 10 mesh panels.
If you’re daring, the Freefall Extreme takes you up a 10-foot-tall ladder-style climbing wall where you can relax or head down to the water below. If that’s not enough thrill for you, the Freefall Supreme is a giant 16.5-foot-tall slide with three exterior ladder walls, a mid-level loft, and an interior splash zone.
Climbers are challenged on the Jungle Joe 2, a towering climbing structure with a slide. It has splash zones and multi-level terraces to explore. The Monkey Dome is a twist on regular monkey bars, allowing you to cross to other sides of the Aquapark but also have some fun when you fall into the water.
See? We told you it would wear those grandkids out! You’re asked to arrive 20 minutes early for orientation, training, and life-vest fitting.
Relaxing At The Beach
While you watch the grandkids on the course, be sure to bring your sunscreen and a towel. Beach chairs are available on a first come, first served basis. There are other activities for the whole family like paddleboarding, kayaking, float tubes, water volleyball, and paddle boats.
When you work up an appetite on the course, there are food and drinks, as well as a food truck with tacos, burgers, and chicken fingers and ice cream for a sweet treat.
Price To Play
