Anybody who loves Hallmark movies, Christmas, and staying in a suite at a Hilton Hotel is going to be excited about this new partnership.

Millions of viewers tune in to Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries each year to watch the “Countdown to Christmas” movies. Now, Hallmark Channel and Hilton Hotels & Resorts have partnered “to give travelers, fans, and viewers alike the chance to live inside one of the network’s wildly popular ‘Countdown to Christmas’ movies,” the companies announced.
“Our goal during the holidays is to provide ways for people to enjoy the ultimate, most sensationally memorable Christmas experience, and this collaboration truly delivers,” Lara Richardson, chief marketing officer of Hallmark Media, said in a statement. “Staying in these one-of-a-kind suites created in partnership with Hilton and the creative minds behind Hallmark Channel’s beloved ‘Countdown to Christmas’ celebration is the perfect gift to share with friends or family this season.”
Guests can even enjoy watching Hallmark Channel holiday movies while they stay in the custom-designed “Countdown to Christmas” Holiday Suites by Hilton. The three suites are the “Cozy Christmas” suite at Hilton Chicago, the “SoCal Christmas” suite at Hilton San Diego Bayfront, and the “Glam Christmas” suite at Hilton Las Vegas at Resorts World.
“Gathering to enjoy Hallmark Channel’s ‘Countdown to Christmas’ movies is a beloved tradition for so many, and we’re delighted to collaborate with the network to bring the magic of the films into our suites to care for our guests with unforgettable experiences and make lasting holiday memories during their stay,” said Matt Schuyler, chief brand officer.
Here’s what you need to know about each of the suites:
Hilton Chicago’s ‘Cozy Christmas’ Suite
Notably, the Cozy Christmas suite at Hilton Chicago even features “a custom crochet Christmas tree and knit accent wall perfect for snapping a snuggly selfie,” Hilton and Hallmark Channel explain. “The comforting holiday abode also features knit-wrapped presents, a hot cocoa bar, gingerbread decorating, and yet another one-of-a-kind Christmas tree for guests to enjoy a personal tree lighting ceremony.”
As you’d expect, the suite isn’t the only place in the hotel that’s decorated. The lobby also features a 24-foot Christmas tree. Among its decorations are nearly 2,000 inches of garland. There’s even a gingerbread hotel that includes a replica of the Chicago skyline.
If you have kids or grandkids, the Hilton Chicago offers special activities for them as well. For instance, they can search for “Santa’s Missing Button” to earn a spot on his “Nice List” and be rewarded with “a sweet treat.”
Hilton San Diego Bayfront’s ‘SoCal Christmas’ Suite
Let’s face it: Chicago during the holidays may resemble a winter wonderland. That can be ideal for some people, but for those who prefer something warmer, the SoCal Christmas suite at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront features everything from surfboards to a beach umbrella. There are even “coastal-themed Christmas trees” and a snow cone machine — along with spectacular views of the San Diego Bay.
“Suite guests can craft custom ornaments and decorate cookies shaped like surfboards while enjoying a jukebox playing holiday favorites,” Hilton and Hallmark Channel explain. “After a snow cone or two, head to the hotel’s heated bayfront pool for a winter swim or warm up by the waterfront fire pits at Hudson & Nash, a waterfront kitchen.”
Hilton Las Vegas At Resorts World’s ‘Glam Christmas’ Suite
Hilton Las Vegas at Resorts World is known for its “glitter, glitz, and glam,” and the Glam Christmas suite is no different.
“A shimmering photo wall made of sequin holiday trees serves as the festive backdrop to a dazzling space filled with sparkly oversized presents, glamorous wreaths, and a ceiling decked out in shiny tinsel,” Hilton and Hallmark Channel note. “Guests can sip hot cocoa from chic mugs or savor a glass of wine while bedazzling ornaments during a Hallmark Channel movie marathon.”
The festivities, of course, extend beyond the suite. Guests can also receive a treatment at the resort’s expansive spa and enjoy a meal at the resort’s 40 food and beverage spots.
What You Need To Know
Guests at each of the themed suites can participate in a themed Christmas tree lighting.
Plus, Hallmark Channel lovers will be thrilled that “each suite will also include a Hallmark Channel holiday movie collection of old favorites and new hits along with popcorn and movie snacks for a very merry binge-watching session.”
The suites will only be available for a limited time and you can begin making reservations to stay in Hallmark Channel’s “Countdown to Christmas” Holiday Suites by Hilton now.
Stays at Hilton Chicago’s Cozy Christmas suite are offered through December 26. Meanwhile, stays at Hilton San Diego Bayfront’s SoCal Christmas suite and Hilton Las Vegas at Resorts World’s Glam Christmas suite will be offered through December 31.
