We rented this property for 8 adults and a 20 month old. The rental was perfect. It was exactly as described.
Our family of four stayed with two other families and we all loved the house, amenities, and location. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, with an amazingly stocked kitchen. Literally across the street from the beach! Pool was clean and the perfect size for everyone. Cathy was quick with answers to any questions we had. Hope to visit again soon!
My family was looking to celebrate my parents 50 wedding anniversary and this was the perfect house and location for it. The house is beautifully decorated! Each day we felt like we discovered something new in the house. Clean and well stocked! Great views of the beach from the top two floors. The beach is just steps away and because of the location it was not crowded at all. We felt like we had a private beach! Kids had a blast playing pickleball then jumping in the pool. The owner Cathy was a wonderful host who was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. She made us feel welcomed there from the first text exchange we had. Our family had a wonderful week at Euphoria! This home could easily be featured in a Coastal Living magazine, but it is also very cozy and comfortable and family friendly. It was the perfect size for our family of 8 adults and 3 small children and everyone had their own comfy sleeping space. Never having been to the Virginia Beach area we weren’t sure what to expect, but Sandbridge Beach is wide and clean and far less busy than the more crowded and touristy vibe at the Virginia Beach boardwalk area. Euphoria’s location directly across from the access to the beach is ideal – and the views of the ocean are amazing! It was also handy to be able to walk down to the Sandbridge market which was a surprisingly well stocked little grocery store only about a half mile from the house. Of course we made good use of the beach but we all particularly enjoyed spending time in the well cared for private pool and using the pickle ball court! It’s also close enough to drive to lots of other family friendly activities like the Aquarium, the boardwalk, putt-putt, the air museum and if you’re wanting some history, Williamsburg is only and hour and a half away. Cathy, the host, was very easy to contact and extraordinarily helpful. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with our family!
Fantastic vacation destination. It’s a beautiful home and the location is outstanding, about 50 steps from the beach. The pool, multiple decks, and pickle ball court were great and heavily used by our family! We had a very relaxing time and to be honest, enjoyed our time there at Euphoria probably more than the beach 🙂

The property was the perfect space to have my daughter’s college graduation celebration. Many of us haven’t seen each other in person for nearly two years and this was the perfect space to meet up, cook food, dance and be joyful. We had a house of people ages 2 years to 82 years old. The space was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We would definitely book this space again.
Relatively easy to rent.but maybe a mite pricey.
The house was at a great location and offered sufficient space for our family. We only had 13 people staying at this time. A couple minor issues were 1) Gas grill should be replaced – one burner and valve not working, rusty 2) hot water – spread showers/baths or take cold showers 3) beds varied in comfort
It was an awesome trip had everything we needed and was sent an email saying the things I would need for the trip also which was great and communication was great with management because they got back with me each time I reached out to them thank you I really enjoyed everything

Great location. Beautiful beach. Quiet. Non-commercial. Generally clean property. Plenty of room. Nice bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen wrt kitchenware. Pool house. Ping pong. Ample furniture on deck. Grill. Very comfortable inside and out. Easy check-in/ check-out. Easy communications with property management. Nearby fishing pier and wilderness preserve. Quite frankly, we absolutely loved it.
Great place for 6 couples to enjoy vacationing together. Would highly recommend this location.
The property was amazing! So many things to do, amazing views, great amenities. They had all the kitchen cookware you could ever hope for, there were pool toys, beach chairs, even paddle boards. It was nice that towels and linens were provided. There were a lot of spider on the decks and pool area, but that is to be expected being right on the beach. There was a little sand on the stairs when arrived, it was not significant, otherwise all clean. Be prepared to travel for groceries, but it was worth it being far away from the heavily populated areas. We were celebrating my wedding and Sandbridge Real Estate hand delivered me flowers and a card! They went above and beyond to make our stay the vacation of my dreams!

This property was amazing! We had a total of 24 people ranging in age from 3 to 79 with plenty of room for all. Had some people on first floor playing pool while others were sleeping upstairs & was never a disturbance issue. Loved all being able to have dinner together (& play games) around the tables and not feel crowded. We had an amazing time, the only negative feedback I had from anyone was that it would be nice to have broom(s), dust pans etc more easily available to pick up the little things along the way like the beach sand we tracked in 😉 All in all a fantastic place to stay–property manager was VERY responsive to any questions we had prior to the visit as well as thru text messages while we were there. Can’t wait to get the family together & go here again!!
We had an amazing time at the Crown Jewel. Our family always pulls together and makes every situation work. We all had an amazing stay here. The house is really stocked very well with kitchen household essentials. We probably overpacked in that regard because we were unsure of what the house was equipped with. There are 4 refrigerators in total. This made it handy for storing all the food we brought with us. The propane tanks were not checked though and all 3 were empty. We called and they were replaced immediately. The house is as advertised. Beautiful lay out and spacious. This worked well for sorting out the rooms and everyone having their own privacy when needed. The pools were great! Spa tub was fabulous-Tip: remember to keep the cover on when not in use and FYI-a couple of jets did not work. While we know the house is popular and is almost completely booked this summer, we wanted to suggest that the cleaning team takes their time cleaning in between guests. If needed maybe add extra hands to help. The house is massive and with a checkout time of 10am and check-in at 4, we can see how that becomes tricky to ensure the property is cleaned appropriately. It was for the most in good shape when we arrived but there is always room for improvement. Aside from checking propane tanks (they were empty) in between rentals, the extra blankets in closets should be checked and folded. We had a few soiled ones left on closet floors. The sheets/ blankets on bed should also be checked. Stains are NOT acceptable even if they are “old”. We called and they were replaced. Bathrooms should be tripled checked before the cleaning team leaves as well. We wanted to bring some of these things to light because the house is gorgeous. We enjoyed our time and would return. We want to see A Crown Jewel continue to be successfully filled with many families making beautiful memories!
My wife and I (age 58) and our family, 15 adults 2 kids, decided to share our second vows here. Minutes before we started, a property manager called me and itinerantly accused us of having an unpermited public event.”We know you have a caterer and a lot of cars. We know you have decorated. We know you have rearranged the furniture on the second floor.” She gave me the third degree for five minutes. I was beyond alarmed, and insisted we had a small group, all family, we would be quiet and respectful (as we always are) and leave the place spotless (as we always do).Five cars of family, a caterer’s car and truck, photographer and hair stylist. That was all it took to trigger sending an unannounced “maintenance man” to investigate.She hung up without saying anything was okay, and I rushed out to the family to decide what to do. I told my wife what had happened, and she said:EVERYTHING, INCLUDING THE VENDORS, HAD BEEN CLEARED OVER THE PHONE WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BEFORE BOOKING!Of course. My wife is a VP and program manager at one of the largest banks in the US. She works every l;ast detail.I remain beyond livid. I can’t stop thinking about it. This is how a busybody HOA property manager operates, not the manager of a top shelf beachfront rental.By the way, after the “maintenance man” “replaced” the propane in the fire pit – it didn’t work.
Came from WI/MN to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary on the ocean!! There was 19 of us ranging from 10 months to 72 years! It was the perfect venue!! Something for everyone!!
We rented the property in January and it couldn’t have been more perfect. There was more than enough room to accommodate our whole family of 30. We had guests ranging from all ages and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The weather was mild for the middle of winter which made taking in the scenery even better. The view of the beach is amazing. Would recommend for any time of the year.

Any rental home has it’s quirks and maintenance needs, but this rental deserves a strong positive rating. This home was overall very clean and well functioning. Moreover, the owner was responsive, kind and helpful. The view from the home was spectacular and the beach was pristine and quiet. We loved it.

Awesome location where you won’t find a better view of the beach and ocean. Clean and beautifully decorated. The pool with little kiddy pool and hot tub, all with an ocean view. Lots of time spent there. The house came stocked with spices, foil, etc, laundry soap and much more. Loved the separate ice maker! Added bonus, 4 clean robes for your use and thick, soft bath towels like what you would expect at a higher end hotel. The owner, Simin, was quick and very responsive with any questions you might have and was a pleasure to deal with.
The location of this property was ideal! The property itself was very nice – there did seem to be an abundance of spiders and spiderwebs but it didn’t impact our vacation
Our family vacation was a dream. The house and location could not have been better. The home is beautiful and immaculate. Our children and grandchildren lived in the pool and the ocean.

Very functional house for large groups, and an amazing view!
Great house and location. Was an awesome week. House has everything you could need.
Justin and Hillary were quickly available as we had a smoke detector that sounded with a chirp and then corrected it.Property had all items as stated and with location on oceanwe did use Windex to clean a couple windows.
Highlights:- Lots of space, nice interior- Great location (neighborhood beach, but close to VA Beach)- Good technology (TV, smart speaker, smart lights, Roomba)- Elevator is convenient- Good surfing, boogie boarding- Host is very nice and responsive
Our stay at the property was exceptional in every way! The house is much more beautiful than is evident by the online photos. We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary with family members and close friends (nine adults & four kids ages 1 to 4) and we could not have asked for a better venue. The view was specular with the added benefit of morning views of dolphins. The toys, games and kids “stuff” was well above what is provided at typical short term rentals. The kitchen is very well stocked. And the owners were very attentive and responsive. My rating is 10+ out of 10. I look forward to a return visit in the future.

Plus, three balconies and a large screened-in porch provide plenty of space to enjoy the great outdoors. The Cavalier Virginia Beach, a luxurious hotel, is next door and the Boardwalk is just a couple of blocks away. The area doesn’t feel congested but is still within walking distance of some of the best chef-owned restaurants in Virginia Beach. The property is situated in such a delightful place along side the coast. The house is well appointed and has everything you need to cook delicious meals. The hosts were always available to answer our questions before traveling and during our stay. Our group stayed a week and is already planning our next trip back to this property. This house and the location is perfection.I’ve never stayed in a VBRO that is as well stocked and all the furnishings are not only beautiful but also so comfortable.It is such a short walk to the beach(the buggy’s and chairs as well as the bikes provided are all top quality and in great condition,we’d considered bringing our own but again everything provided really is top of the line) and even though it was the busy season there were 50 ft between us and any other groups but we could have taken a short walk down the beach and joined the crowds if we’d wanted.We loved riding bikes on the boardwalk and trying out all the different restaurants.It was a wonderful house,location and we highly recommend it.
What a fantastic house! Comfortable, incredibly well-outfitted, thoughtful touches provided throughout to anticipate every need. Very clean and bright. High-end bed and bath linens. Gorgeous front garden and a view of the Cavalier Hotel. Amazing porch and balcony to enjoy the views. Literally everything one might want for the beach, from towels, chairs, umbrellas, to carts provided. Convenient and beautiful location, with many good restaurants within walking distance. The best kitchen ever – well-stocked and a pleasure to use. The owner provided many basics that are rarely included in rental property, such as paper products, trash bags, coffee, sweeteners, dishwashing pods and soap, small snacks, great selection of seasonings and herbs, olive oil, vinegar, and even an “emergency kit” of non-perishables like pasta, sauce, and peanut butter – to name just a few items! We cannot say enough great things about the property, and plan to return next year. It was simply wonderful. The owner made us feel like we were guests in this wonderful home.
We stayed at this beautiful property for a full week and cannot recommend it enough. The home is beautiful, clean, updated, and very convenient to the beach and dining opportunities. The homeowner was a wonderful and attentive hostess, and provided us with loads of helpful information and recommendations. My husband and I went with all 3 of our children and two significant others. There was plenty of space for board and card games, corn hole, meals together, and space to spread out and have some privacy as well. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with basics. The living spaces are inviting, and the bedrooms very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!!

We enjoyed our girlfriends weekend. We relaxed in this beautiful home that had everything you need . The items in the home are properly labelled how to use that light switches, sinks etc. Gayle the property owner was very helpful and friendly. The property is very close to the beach. Watching the sunrise and sunsets from the modern upgraded top deck was amazing. The house is on the national historic register which we liked. We wished the furnishing were more updated . would be nice if the house had an automatic fragrance dispenser to get rid of the old house smell.
We love staying at Gayle’s family home. It somehow has a magical way of making our family feel like it’s ours. We will all have lifetime memories of it, and if we’ve often daydreamed if we ever won the lottery we’d love to try and buy it so we could enjoy it for generations to come! Then again, we’d understand if Gayle wouldn’t sell…in that case, would you adopt us, Gayle? Haha. Seriously though Gayle, thank you for sharing your special one of a kind property with our family.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was in awe of this beautiful mid-century house overlooking the dunes. Perfect size for my group of 10. Loved how well the kitchen had every supply/appliance we needed. Enjoyed have coffee up on the top deck looking out at the water.. So many pluses. Our hostess, Gayle, was always available to handle any question or issue we had. I will be back.
I hosted a bachelorette weekend for 11 and the set up of the home was perfect for the event. Communal spaces all sit in perfect view of the sun rise and the bedrooms are sized to accommodate comfortably. Bathroom setup is also fantastic. Gayle made everything easy and sends you everything you need to know in advance and is extremely helpful if anything comes up. Would recommend for group gatherings for friends and/or family.

This property exceeded our expectations. The open concept living/eating area was only exceeded by the spectacular ocean view! It’s so convenient to be steps away from the beach, which is well maintained each day. We saw dolphins in the ocean on our morning walks and enjoyed the street performers complimentary of VA Beach in the evening. Atlantic Ave is very active but our condo was very quiet. Margie responded to all questions quickly and kindly. We would definitely consider staying here again if visiting VA Beach.
Every year we rent this condo it gets better. Not only is the location great but the condo has everything you could need. Relaxing on the beach all day and being able to run back up to the condo for lunch or other things is very convenient. We feel very safe here and have met some very nice people that rent every year also.

Great location
A beautiful well appointed house, just 2 blocks from the beach and pier, great for families
Home was beautiful and plenty of space for everyone. We had a mixture of family and friends, everyone had their own space when needed but the kitchen and living area had plenty of room for us to gather and socialize. The house is located close to the beach and the sports complex which was also very important to us.
Property is as listed. Renovated and overall nice. House did smell as if someone had pets there previously and there were stains on the carpets upstairs that appeared to be from pet urine. We Lysol the whole house and was able to get rid of the smell but something to mention if you are sensitive to that sort of thing.Beach is a short walk and there is a Rite Aid close by as well. Some the restaurants that are close to the house have odd hours. We used DoorDash with no problem. I would stay again if traveling back to VA Beach.
There are not enough words of praise to describe how fortunate we were for this Thanksgiving miracle. After a debacle with our 1st rented property thru Vrbo, Sierra was the angel answering our prayers. Kismet had a hand in this as well, last minute cancellation for them and a much needed refuge for us! We could not have asked for a more beautiful home to spend our Thanksgiving holiday in as we visited our son, who is a sailor stationed close by in Norfolk. Super clean, well-appointed carriage home. The property is stunning. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and thermostat which is next level. Close to attractions and the beach (short 20 minute drive). The hosts are very responsive. The cost of the home is very reasonably priced given the gorgeousness. I will definitely stay here again.
The property and house was amazing and just what my family of 5 needed. We were in town for a funeral and would have had to get 3 hotel rooms if we had not come across this property. Each bedroom having its own bathroom gave us all the privacy we needed, while allowing us all to stay together for the cost of just one hotel room. You can’t beat that! This place will remain on my list of places to stay when in the area.

I swoon. When I go on vacation, I rely on more than just the sand and waves to take me away. The visual aesthetic of my living quarters is very important to me, and this lovely home did not disappoint on that front. I’m a sucker for décor and good vibes. This place was the perfect combination of feeling “at home” yet also away at a swanky vintage bungalow…..beachfront! We have been coming to this area of Virginia Beach for many years and we by far prefer the Bayside! I feel so lucky I found this gem nestled in our very favorite part of town. The view from the dunes was spectacular for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The walkway to the chairs on top of dunes and the area around the hammock could use a little grooming/cutting back to clear the way more. We also fell in love with the covered porch with ceiling fan on the back-side of the house, even though that’s not the water-front side. We are storm watchers who enjoyed several afternoon downfalls out there playing cards & sipping wine. The porch allowed us to stay outside when we would otherwise have been stuck inside. Overall, charming, private and direct beach access, with the ideal bayside pace that we adore. We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful. It was very nicely decorated and felt warm and cozy. Communication with the owners was responsive during our stay. Being right on the beach was so amazing and the bay waters were just so lovely, calm and relaxing! One note for the owners would be to update the bedroom/basement photos for the listing. We were expecting a different layout for sleeping arrangements for our kids based on the listing photos and felt like the bedroom rearrangements inside the house resulted in a lack of privacy for our older children. It wasn’t a huge deal and in the end we made it work, it is just something worth noting especially if you have older kids that need more privacy than the younger ones!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teens). It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen. It was very close to the market and local restaurants and about a 25-minute drive to Virginia Beach. This house appeared to be one of very few that had direct beach access which we greatly appreciated and enjoyed! The beach was beautiful. The owner was gracious and very responsive. Definitely a wonderful family beach getaway! Our only note would be that the backyard does not appear as in the pictures. There was a great deal of growth that changed the view and made sitting in the area where the hammock is less desirable. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
The house has plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and two young kids. It was clean, beds and seating were comfortable, and the view could not be better. Location was really great and appreciated the private access to the beach. Communication with the owner was always pleasant and clear. Close to good restaurants and easy to drive to downtown Norfolk and VA Beach. The only point we wanted to mention was that there was no microwave – there were plenty of other cooking utensils and it’s just important to plan accordingly.
