In addition to the timeless beauty of the Mediterranean, the balcony has an unobstructed view of the town’s medieval fortification. The apartment is divided into two floors, each with a bedroom. The outdoor area of this home is less a patio than a scenic ocean overlook. Were it not private property, it’s easy to imagine a lot of cars pulling aside and people to snap photographs.
