After working in the retail and hospital industries, Nancy wanted a more joyful job involving travel. She has been a flight attendant for a major U.S. airline for 41 years. She started in aviation just a few years after the Deregulation Act went into effect, and has worked through September 11th and now during the COVID-19 pandemic.
